Isaac Rabicoff founded Rabicoff Law, which was among Lex Machina’s top 3 law firms in 2017 for most active patent litigation. Winning significant recoveries for his clients, Isaac has led licensing campaigns against Amazon, Microsoft, Sony, Apple, LG, Huawei, Samsung, and Google. As lead counsel, Isaac and his team have defeated institution of numerous IPRs and CBMs, including the denial of institution on all claims over a CBM petition filed by Mastercard. In addition to arguing before the Federal Circuit, Isaac has authored and filed a Federal Circuit Amicus brief about representative claim issues in 101 analysis. Isaac also co-presented an IPLAC CLE about patent venue post-TC Heartland. EducationIsaac received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago with a Trial Advocacy Certificate. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Physics. While at college, Isaac contributed to the research and development of a now-patented early warning device for the detection of epileptic seizures. |
